Missy started her veterinary career by spending time in her father’s veterinary practice. After becoming a veterinary technician and working at several specialty practices, she took over as practice manager here, working with her “second family.” In addition to managing the day to day business of the hospital and keeping our clients informed and updated, she is always available to lend a hand or two as a technician. Missy and her husband Pat share their home with the large, loveable London, their Old English Sheepdog and Ivy, the softest Mini American Shepherd ever. When not keeping the hospital going, Missy enjoys arts and crafts, spending time at her lake house, boating and being a part of SheepieFest!
Chris, Hospital Team Director
Dr. Cohen owns the hospital but it’s Chris who runs the show! She’s been with the Glenview Animal Hospital for over 30 years and she makes sure your pet is getting everything it needs from the right food and a fun toy to helping with exams and treatments. You may not know her yet but she knows you and your pet. Her love and compassion for animals is what makes her your pet’s best friend. Whether she’s caring for your pet, the local wild life, Ty and Murphy the hospital cats or her own cat-daughter, Flinky, her goal is to give them the best of everything. When she takes time for herself, Chris enjoys reading, catching up on her favorite TV shows, spending time with friends and family and getting some much deserved rest.
